NEW ROOF ON THE CLINIC PROPERTY
We took off the palm roof that was very deteriorated; both in the palm and the wood rafters. We decided to switch to a metal roof; which will have much longer longevity. With metal rafters and a heavy duty gage tin on the roof; this should be good for at least 20 years!
WORK IN THE POOL AREA
They continue to work on the buildings in the pool area. We are painting them to look like “typical buildings” to blend in with the wall landscapes that were done last year. The one that looks like adobe block with bamboo doors/windows has been finished. They are still working on the second building that is to be a palm version with board like doors/windows. This is a nice area for the teams to hang out in but something that everyone can enjoy to look at.
